He is also an active member of a number of professional organizations, including the National Ground Water Association and Society of Exploration Geophysicists. He has held a number of positions, including as the vice president and principal geoscientist at Ted Zorich and Associates, Inc, the chief geoscientist at Layne GeoSciences, Inc, and a senior geoscientist and principal at Aquifer Science and Technology. He has also served as the senior managing hydrogeologist and then principal at Cardno Entrix and a senior associate at Leggette, Brashears & Graham, Inc. Currently, he is a senior geophysicist and hydrogeologist at a consulting company in Wisconsin. In this role he specializes in groundwater management, high capacity well siting and design, surface and borehole geophysics, groundwater modeling, managed aquifer recharge, agricultural impacts to groundwater, mine hydrogeology, and water permitting for energy projects.
