This construction expert is the President of his own consulting firm and has over 30-years of construction industry experience. He began as a laborer in 1982, continuing as a carpenter and millwright, and working his way up through the ranks of management to executive level. He has extensive New York City hands-on experience in luxury residential, retail, commercial, educational, and infrastructure construction.
This expert has authored a book on managing residential construction projects, published by McGraw Hill. It is an eight-chapter, 550-page illustrated hardcover textbook, that is currently used in Graduate and Continuing Education studies at Columbia University, NY, as well as other educational institutions.
He is currently a full-time project-controls consultant for his own consulting firm that specializes in CPM scheduling, project valuation, construction claims, contract and building code compliance, accident investigations and design evaluations, in the Tri-State Area.
