This webinar is presented by an expert who provides life care planning for individuals of all ages with catastrophic injury or chronic health conditions. She has 18 years of hospital experience in medical and surgical and neurosurgical care units, labor and delivery, operating room and post-anesthesia. She also has an additional 30 years of experience in case management working with catastrophic claims involving head injury, spinal cord injury, burns, amputations, multiple trauma, chronic pain and toxic exposure.
The presenter started doing lifetime medical cost projections in the mid 1980’s and has written life care plans for litigation since 2004. She has also served as a member of the Executive Board of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP). She is a contributing author to “A Core Curriculum for Nurse Life Care Planning” (2013) and currently serves on the AANLCP Journal and Research Committees. This expert is certified as a nurse life care planner, legal nurse consultant, case manager, disability management specialist and rehabilitation counselor.
