Police Activities Expert Witness Discusses Inconsistent Eyewitness Testimony

This case involves potentially faulty eyewitness testimony that resulted in an armed robbery conviction. The defendant is currently attempting to appeal a life sentence, and requires an expert to explain the possible inconsistencies in eyewitness testimony. After the victim was shot, the police came in with a photo array, which was presented to the victim in the ICU. This presentation was audiotaped and was the only evidence tying the defendant to the crime.

I always prepare a set of suggested questions for the attorney to ask me so that all relevant factors are presented to the jury, so that they can make an informed judgment.
