inline imageI am a licensed architect in several states, and I have extensive experience working on similar trip and fall cases. I have prepared forensic evaluation reports for attorneys representing clients who have slipped or tripped and fallen due to entryways similar to this. I am also familiar with step height and handrail standards, and it appears that there is a violation here based on the case overview. Due to my training and experience as an architect, I am intimately familiar with building code regulations and requirements, and the reasons for such requirements.
