Prof. Zoran Obradovic

Prof. Zoran Obradovic has over three decades of experience in computer science and biomedical informatics. He received a BS and MS in mathematics and computer science from the University of Belgrade and then completed a PhD in computer science at Pennsylvania State University. His research interests include data science and complex networks in decision support systems. Zoran is the editor-in-chief at the Big Data journal and the steering committee chair for the SIAM Data Mining conference. He is also the editorial board member at 13 journals and was the general chair, program chair or a track chair for 11 international conferences. He has published more than 380 articles and is cited more than 23,700 times. Currently, he is a professor of computer and information sciences as well as the director of the data analytics and biomedical informatics center at a university in Pennsylvania.
