Prof. Usha Rodrigues

This law professor has over two decades of experience and has been teaching for 15 years. She focuses on corporate finance and leads courses in contracts, business ethics, business associations, and securities regulation. She earned her BA in english from Georgetown University, her MA in comparative literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. She has published widely on the topic of corporate finance law including in the Journal of Corporate Finance. Prior to her academic career, this expert was a corporate associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where she specialized in corporate law and technology transactions. Currently, she is a full tenured professor of law at a law school in Georgia.
