Prof. Erik Gerding

Prof. Erik Gerding has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. He earned his BA in public policy from Duke University and his JD from Harvard Law School. This expert previously served as an associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton, as an associate professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law, and as an associate professor at the University of Colorado Law School. He currently serves as a professor of law and as the associate dean of academic affairs of a law school in Colorado.
