Ms. Shannon Gilliam, PA

Ms. Shannon Gilliam, PA has over 15 years of experience as a certified physician assistant. She earned her BS in exercise and sports science from Colby-Sawyer College and an MS in clinical exercise physiology from George Washington University before earning an MS in physician assistant studies from King's College. She is also certified in advanced cardiac life support, basic life support, and pediatric advanced life support. She stays active in her field as a member of multiple professional societies, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Formerly, this expert held multiple roles as a physician assistant, such as in the pulmonary medicine and hospitalist division of Holy Cross Hospital, and the vascular and general surgery division of Medstar Washington Hospital Center.
