Ms. Sara Skjonsberg

Ms. Sara Skjonsberg is a certified vascular technologist and phlebology sonographer. She earned two BS degrees: one in biology from Western Washington University, and another in diagnostic ultrasound from Seattle University. She then completed internships at the Swedish Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center Cardiovascular Lab, and the D. E. Strandness Jr. Vascular Laboratory. This expert is active in her field as a member of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound and the American College of Phlebology, and has presented on issues related to the diagnosis of vascular conditions at numerous academic conferences nationally. Previously, she served as a clinical vascular technologist at Radiology Associates of Sacramento and the D. E. Strandness Jr. Vascular Laboratory. In addition, she held an adjunct faculty position in the vascular ultrasound department at Seattle University. She is currently a clinical vascular technologist at a vascular clinic in Oregon.
