Ms. Maureen Clark

Ms. Maureen Clark has over 20 years of human resources experience. She holds a master's degree in career counseling. She has been certified as a senior professional in human resources since 2005 and obtained her specialized California certification in 2010. She has held numerous positions on academic, professional and community service boards, and currently is vice chair emerita on the University of San Francisco Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Northern California Human Resources Association, and the Association of Workplace Investigators. Formerly, she served as the human resources manager at Raychem Corporation and is currently the president of human resource management and investigations at a consulting firm in CA.
