Ms. Karen Pierce

Ms. Karen Pierce has been a neonatal nurse for over 40 years. She earned her AAS from the University of the State of New York and her BSN and MSN at Chamberlain University. She is a licensed registered nurse with additional certifications in pediatric nursing and pediatric critical care. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Formerly, she served as a staff nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit of Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and Nemours Children's Hospital. She is currently a clinical nurse educator of critical care at a children's hospital in Florida.
