Ms. Janna Sipes

Ms. Janna Sipes has been involved with pharmaceutical and medical device compliance for over 19 years, focusing on establishing and reviewing compliance programs. She has established and implemented compliance programs for multiple pharmaceutical companies and has developed and conducted training programs for employees in order to reinforce compliance with anti-kickback and privacy rules. Prior to her position as a consultant, she held numerous executive roles with pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and clinical laboratories where she gained extensive hands-on experience with FDA and CLIA regulatory and healthcare law matters.
