Ms. Janet Lowder

Ms. Janet Lowder in restaurant and foodservice management has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. She earned her BS in accounting from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the National Restaurant Association. She formerly served as President of the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice National Advisory Board, as a member of the Board of Advisors for The Collins School of Hospitality Management at California State Polytechnic University, and as a senior manager at Laventhol and Horwath. This expert currently serves as an instructor in food service management at a university in southern California and as the principal of a restaurant services consultancy.
