Mr. Zach Mc Daniel

Mr. Zach Mc Daniel has extensive experience in childcare and education. He earned his AS from Cincinnati State and his BS in early childhood education from the University of Cincinnati and is a certified child development associate and pre-kindergarten provider. Formerly, this expert served as a lead classroom teacher with Countryside YMCA, Great Miami YMCA, Kids-R-Kids, and Imaginations at Work. He then went on to hold positions at various after school providers, including serving as the director of the Rainbow Child Care Center and the senior childcare director at the Great Miami Valley YMCA. This expert is currently the elementary school program director for a major childcare organization in Florida, where he supervises more than 30 afterschool programs in partnership with a local school district.
