Mr. Thomas Janssen

Mr. Thomas Janssen has more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement and security. He earned his BA in criminal justice from Rochester Institute of Technology and his MA in public administration from Brockport State University. He then began his career with the Rochester NY Police department. There, he served as an officer, an investigator, a sergeant, and a lieutenant before transitioning to private security. He then held positions with the Conduent Corporation as a brand protection manager, a security manager, and the manager of special investigations. His responsibilities included conducting ethics, fraud, and workplace violence investigations. This expert is currently an internal investigator for a school district in New York, where he conducts investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, improprieties, criminal activities, and policy violations by district employees.
