Mr. Steven Burgess

Mr. Steven Burgess has been practicing computer forensics and data recovery for more than 30 years. He earned his BS in business administration from the University of Phoenix. He is a leading expert in the recovery of data from disk drives and other electronic media, and he has personally performed recovery and forensics analysis on more than 15,000 drives. Today, he is a certified forensic examiner and a registered Apple developer. He is a member of both the Institute of Computer Forensic Professionals and the International Information Systems Forensics Association. Previously, he was the founder of several technology repair companies. Additionally, He worked as a principal for Data Recovery Worldwide and later served as the COO for Foresight Nanotech Institute. Most recently, he served as a computer forensics mentor for California Polytechnic State University.
