Mr. Steven Albert

Mr. Steven Albert has over 35 years of real estate property valuation experience. He earned his BS in business management from Southern Illinois University and is now a licensed general appraiser in 11 states. This expert is also a certified MIA appraiser and SRA appraiser through the Mandatory Program of Continuing Education as well as a certified federal housing authority appraiser. He is a member of The Appraisal Foundation, the Collateral Risk Network, and the Illinois Collation of Appraisal Professionals. He started his career as a staff instructor of valuation principals and procedures, income property appraising and capitalization techniques at Joliet Junior College. Soon after, he became an associate instructor at the Appraisal Institute as well as a staff appraiser at Allstate Appraisal. He then went on to serve as the chief review appraiser at Allstate Appraisal along with serving as a staff appraiser of investment-grade property at Roe Westberry & Associates. Currently, he serves as the president of a real estate appraiser in Illinois.
