Mr. Stephen Buckingham

Mr. Stephen Buckingham has over 21 years of experience in the plastics recycling and processing industry. He earned his BS in chemistry from Clemson University and his MBA in international business from the University of South Carolina. Formerly, he has held numerous roles at New Horizons Plastics Recycling including director of planning, vice president of sales and customer relations, plant manager, senior business analyst, corporate quality and procurement manager, and chief operating officer. Currently, this expert serves as vice president of operations and as owner of a major plastics recycling plant in South Carolina.
