Mr. Scott De Foe

Mr. Scott De Foe in Police Training and Law Enforcement Tactics has served as a Federal and California state officer for more than 25 years. He earned his MA in Public Administration from the University of California Northridge following a BS in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. He has undergone advanced and supervisory-level training in dozens of tactical procedures and is familiar with California training standards that cross-cut multiple departments. The expert is a member of numerous professional societies and has received an array of honors for his work as a police officer, including a Purple Heart, Medal of Valor, and Police Star from the LAPD. He formerly served as a Special Agent for the US Department of the Treasury's Organized Crime Drug Task Force, as a Deputy Sheriff for Riverside County Sheriff's Department, and as a Sergeant in the LAPD. He currently serves as a policing and security consultant in California.
