Mr. Ryan Thayer

Mr. Ryan Thayer received his BA in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, where he began his career by founding a handyman and remodeling company. He later held various positions in sales and financial management before starting Cloud 9 Realty, LLC. He then founded a construction company, where he currently serves as the president and general contractor, demonstrating an impressive combination of financial and managerial expertise. He is a licensed real estate agent and general contractor in the state of Colorado and has managed numerous commercial and residential projects.
