Mr. Roger Burton

Mr. Roger Burton has over 20 years of experience in actuarial services in the healthcare industry. He earned his BS in applied mathematics from Yale University and went on to serve as a Product Development Specialist at GE Capital Corporation where he specialized in pricing annuity options for customers. After, he became the Actuarial Team Leader at Premera Blue Cross where he worked on their Medicaid and Medicare product offerings. As a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Actuaries and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, he is active in his field and currently serves as the President and Chief Actuary at a private consultancy in Washington, where he provides actuarial services to healthcare companies as they relate to Medicare Part D coverage and retiree drug subsidy attestations.
