Mr. Michael Simon

Mr. Michael Simon has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry. He earned his BA from Tufts University and his JD from Loyola University of Chicago. He began his career serving as an associate with several law firms in Chicago, and went on to work for several legal technology start-ups, specifically focused on privacy and eDiscovery. He served as vice president and chief technical officer at Oliver's Cases Inc., senior product manager for discovery services at Iron Mountain Digital, and director of eDiscovery at HP / Autonomy. He has also served as a visiting lecturer at Tufts University, an adjunct professor of eDiscovery Law and Practice at Boston University School of Law, and an adjunct professor of eDiscovery at Michigan State University of College of Law. Currently, this expert serves as an attorney at a boutique law firm based in MA. He also serves as the principal of a consulting firm, focused on legal technology issues.
