Mr. Marcus Faubus has over 15 years of experience as a K9 trainer in both police and military settings. He earned his BA in psychology from Troy University and is a certified Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions Instructor. He spent almost two decades in the US Army, serving as an explosive detector dog handler at Task Force Mountain in Iraq and as a military working dog team trainer for the 550th Military Working Dog Detachment at Fort Bragg. He also served as the K9 unit training coordinator/team trainer for the Maryland Transportation Authority Police, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the overall training program for the unit's Police Service K9 teams. This expert currently serves as an independent consultant in Michigan.
