Mr. Joseph Teglia

Mr. Joseph Teglia is in construction site design and management. He spent nearly 35 years working with Black Diamond Group in business development sales and consulting and as the vice president of operations. As the vice president of operations, he oversaw multiple project managers and up to sixty field operations personnel. He has also previously served as the director of client services at Pavement Consulting, directing construction management services and managing site and infrastructure development for parking lot rehabilitations. He is active in his field as a member of the Wisconsin Asphalt Pavement Association, having previously served as board president, authored multiple association publications, and presented as an invited speaker at industry seminars. Currently, this expert is the owner of a construction site management firm based in Wisconsin.
