Mr. Jonathan Hoover has over 12 years of leadership experience in the retail industry. Before making his foray into this field, he earned his BA in communication from Southern New Hampshire University. Formerly, he served as a sales associate for Dick's Sporting Goods where he was responsible for designing, maintaining, and engineering all structures, displays, and racking within the store warehouse. Subsequently, he served for 7 years has the department manager and product service associate for Lowe's Home Improvement where, among many responsibilities, he contributed to the enhancement and redesign of display structures for customer appeal and fostering sales growth, while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
