Mr. John Manderfeld

Mr. John Manderfeld has over 40 years of experience in the lodging and restaurant industries. He is a certified hotel administrator and a member of the California Lodging Industry Association. He previously served as the vice president of food and beverage for Metro Hotels, where he was responsible for more than 40 restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and lounges. He also served as the regional vice president of operations for Mariner Corporation, where he was responsible for 12 hotels with 2,200 employees. He is currently the president of a corporation that provides a variety of management, consulting, development and support services for the restaurant and lodging industries.
