Mr. John Lamutt

Mr. John Lamutt has over 40 years of experience in his field. He earned his BS in architectural engineering with an emphasis in construction management and a BS in business administration and accounting from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in Georgia, Alabama, and New Hampshire and has obtained the utility manager's license in Georgia as well. This expert has extensive experience in all facets of construction and has managed heavy construction projects from $2 million to projects over $100 million. He has also provided management, administrative, contract interpretation, project control, scheduling, estimating, troubleshooting, and value engineering advice and support to multiple projects. Formerly, he served as a claims consultant, superintendent, estimator, project and construction engineer, project manager and executive, and VP disputes resolution manager at AECOM. Currently, he serves as the senior project consultant for a construction scheduling consultancy firm in Georiga.
