Mr. Eric Epstein

Eric Epstein is Managing Member of e2 venture partners focused on investing in and advising consumer branded products, health & wellness, aerospace & defense and healthcare (including specialty pharma) sectors. He has acted as an advisor to and / or evaluated investment opportunities with many private equity funds including Altas Partners, Bregal Partners, Clearlake Capital, Marlin Equity Partners, New Evolution Ventures, Steel Partners, Sterling Partners and TitleCard Capital. He spent his entire earlier career in private equity and leveraged finance including 10 years with Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. which he left in 2011. He worked in the Cerberus private equity group as well as invested in distressed bank debt and high yield bonds since 2001. Previously, Eric worked at Caltius Mezzanine Partners and TCW/Crescent Mezzanine Partners, investing in privately issued subordinated debt and equity. Additionally, he worked in the private equity and M&A advisory areas of The Blackstone Group. Eric graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School) and received his M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA.
