Mr. David Kubiak

Mr. David Kubiak has over 15 years of experience in his field. He earned his BS in political science, government, and sociology from The University of Buffalo, and his AS in fire engineering from Erie Community College. He holds over a dozen certifications through the New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control and is also a certified fire and explosion investigation through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He formerly served as a title searcher at Monroe Abstract & Title Company. Throughout his career, he has served as a firefighter for Williamsville Fire Department and Hutchinson Hose Company. This expert also served as a fire instructor at the County of Erie, as a detective for the Amherst Police Department, and as a fire analyst for the New England FIre Cause and Origin. Currently, this expert serves as an instructor at Eric County Central Police Services, where he also serves as a chief criminal investigator for the assigned counsel program. He also is the owner of DAK Consulting and serves as an adjunct professor in criminal justice at Medaille College.
