Mr. David Garber

Mr. David Garber has over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying. He earned his BS and MS in civil engineering from the University of Louisville. He is a licensed professional engineer in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee and is a licensed professional land surveyor in Kentucky. He is active in his field as a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Kentucky Association of Professional Surveyors, and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. He previously served as President of the Louisville branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers. This expert is currently President of a civil engineering and land surveying firm in Kentucky.
