Mr. David Early

Mr. David Early has 35 years of experience managing outdoor recreation facilities. He earned his BA from outdoor recreation and his M.Ed in adult education from Eastern Washington University. Formerly, he served as the outdoor recreation director at the United States Air Force, where he supervised the management and maintenance of all facilities and grounds. He additionally developed policies and procedure manuals for all aspects of operation. Later, he served as the recreation supervisor of adult sports at the Spokane Parks and Recreation Department, where he had oversight over all field maintenance and preparation. Most recently, he served as a senior lecturer and the director of aquatic education and first aid at Eastern Washington University. Currently, he is the director of university recreation facilities, where he oversees and establishes all policies and procedures regarding the use and maintenance of recreational and athletic facilities.
