This technology intelligence expert has over 44 years of professional experience. He earned a BE in electrical engineering from the Pratt Institute and an MS from George Washington University. He is active in his field as a member of several professional associations including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and also holds membership to their honor society, Eta Kappa Nu.
