Mr. Bruce Mardick

Mr. Bruce Mardick has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Before begininning his career, he earned his BA in philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is a licensed general contractor and worked in a number of roles prior to his present position, including as a construction project manager, OSHA trainer, and homebuilding supervisor for various development companies. Further, he is a member of numerous associations, including the Colorado Association of Homebuilders and the American Society of Professional Estimators. He is well known in the Colorado construction industry and was asked to testify before the Colorado House and Senate committees on House Bill 1161. Currently, he is the director of operations at a construction consulting firm in Colorado.
