Mr. Albert Almasy

Mr. Albert Almasy has 40 years of experience in the toll collection industry and specializes in electronic tolling and billing violations. He started his career in 1979 at the New Hampshire Department of Transportation as a toll collector and rose through the ranks to serve as the manager of tolling operations until 2006. In this position, he deployed the E-ZPass electronic toll collection technology to New Hampshire Roadways. He then went on to serve as the program manager or electronic toll collection at ACS and Atkins and the senior tolling program manager at Cubic Transportation Systems Electronic Transaction Consultants. He also served as the director of tolling business development at Milligan Partners, a tolling consultancy company. Up until 2019, he worked as the vice president of tolling solutions at Navient and the president of IPATH. Currently, he is serving as the president and founder of a private toll collection consultancy in Texas.
