Prof. Mihailis Diamantis

Prof. Mihailis Diamantis is a licensed attorney serving in academia with a focus on corporate law and crime. He earned his AB from Amherst College and his JD from Yale Law School and lastly a PhD in philosophy from New York University. He is a member of the Law & Philosophy Workshop, the AALS Jurisprudence Group, and the SEALS Jurisprudence Group. This expert has given numerous presentations in his field and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and chapters as well as two books. Formerly, he served as a mid-level associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, as a law clerk for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and as a fellow as well as an associate of law at Columbia Law School. Currently, he serves as an associate professor of law at a law school in Iowa.
