Mr. Frank Fernandez

This law enforcement expert has nearly four decades of experience in his field. He earned a BPS in personnel management and development from Barry University and an MS in human resource management from Nova Southeastern University. He is a certified lean six sigma green belt and active in his field as a member of several professional societies including the Internation Association of Chiefs of Police. Formerly, he worked for the City of Miami Police Department as a patrol officer, a patrol sergeant, a lieutenant commander of community affairs, commander of Coral Way NET, and deputy chief of police. He went on to serve as the police chief, assistant city manager, and director of public safety for the City of Hollywood before serving as the City of Coral Gables public safety director and assistant city manager. Currently, this expert is a police practices consultant for a national government organization based in DC and an adjunct criminal justice professor at a university in FL.
