Dr. William Santoro has over 35 years of experience in the field of Addiction Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology-Biology from Albright College and his Doctor of Medicine from University Central of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. After completing his family medicine internship and residency at Reading Hospital and Medical Center, he went on to become board certified in Addiction Medicine. Formerly, Dr. Santoro held roles as Chief of the Section of Addiction Medicine at Tower Health System and as a Family Physician and Addictionist at Laureldale Family Medical Center. Currently, he serves as President of the Berks County Medical Society and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family, Community, and Preventative Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Santoro has over 5 years of experience post-fellowship training.
