Dr. William Terranova, MD

Dr. William A. Terranova has 34 years of experience in the field of Plastic Surgery. He earned his BA from Harvard University and his MD from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Boston Medical Center and a residency in Internal Medicine at Stanford University Medical Center, as well as a research fellowship in Epidemic Intelligence Service at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He also completed a residency in General Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center and a fellowship in Hand Surgery at the UCSF Medical Center. Moreover, he completed a fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery and a residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Today, he is board certified in Plastic Surgery and Internal Medicine. Prior to his retirement, this expert served as the Owner of William A. Terranova, M.D., P.C, where he also served as a Plastic Surgeon. He was also a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery and the Head of the Hand Surgery Section at the Medical University of South Carolina.
