Dr. Sudhen Desai, MD

This accomplished expert in pediatric interventional radiology earned his BS from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MD from the Albany Medical College. He continued to complete a residency in general surgery at Stanford University and a second residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed two fellowships in vascular and interventional radiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and pediatric interventional radiology at Boston Children's Hospital. This expert is board certified in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology and remains active in his field as a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and the Society of Pediatric Interventional Radiology. Formerly, this expert was an assistant professor and interventional radiologist at Rush University Medical Center and the medical director of interventional radiology at Philadelphia Vascular Institute, LLC. Currently, he is an assistant professor and the director of research for interventional radiology at a prominent university in Texas, and serves as an interventional radiologist at the affiliated children's hospital.
