Dr. Steven J. Nierenberg has 37 years of experience in Cardiovascular Disease and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He earned his BA in Biology from the Queens College at the City University of New York, his DPM from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and his MD from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Buffalo. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, he went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of the Adult Cardiovascular Training Program and the Chair of the Cardiology Fellowship Program at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. Currently, he serves as the Vice President, Founding and Managing Partner, and Cardiologist at the Heart Center of Philadelphia. He also works as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and as the Director of the Heart Station at Jefferson Methodist Hospital.
