Dr. Steven Selden, MD, FAAOS

Dr. Steven E. Selden has 43 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his BA from Johns Hopkins University and his MD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After completing an internship in General Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, he completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and a research fellowship in Orthopedics at Boston Children's Hospital. Today, this expert is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Formerly, this expert served as the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and as the Acting Chairman of Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he also served as the President of the Medical and Dental Staff. He currently serves as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Saint Francis Hospital, Connecticut Children's Medical Center, and Hartford Hospital. He is also an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and the Owner of Orthopedic Associates of Central Connecticut, P.C., where he also serves as an Orthopedic Surgeon.
