Dr. Scott Schuetze, MD, PhD

Dr. Scott M. Schuetze has 23 years of experience in the field of Medical Oncology. He earned his BA from Rice University and his MD and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oregon Health and Science University. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Medical Oncology. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Medical Director of the Clinical Trials Office at the Rogel Cancer Center - University of Michigan Health and as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School. Currently, he serves as the Medical Co-Director in the Oncology Clinical Trials Support Unit and as the Director of the Connective Tissue Oncology Program at Rogel Cancer Center - University of Michigan Health. He also serves as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School and as an Active Medical Staff Physician at the University of Michigan Hospital.
