Dr. Sarah Friedewald, MD, FACR

Dr. Sarah M. Friedewald has 20 years of experience in the field of Diagnostic Radiology. She earned her BS in Psychobiology from the University of Southern California and her MD from the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. After completing her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, she went on to complete her fellowship in Women’s Imaging at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Today, this expert is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Formerly, this expert served as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is currently an Associate Professor of Radiology, Chief of Breast and Women's Imaging, and Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations and Women's Imaging at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is also the Medical Director of the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women's Hospital.
