Dr. Ronit Sukenick

Dr. Ronit Sukenick has 15 years of experience as a clinical physical therapist. She earned her BS in health sciences and her DPT at Boston University. She then completed internship training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is a certified physical therapist and certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner. This expert remains active in her field as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy and the Global Pelvic Health Alliance. Formerly, this expert served as a staff physical therapist at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She practiced in outpatient clinics and inpatient acute care, before founding the pelvic floor rehabilitation program. As the program founder, she was responsible for the training of all new therapists, direct patient care, and educating other providers on pelvic floor physical therapy and its role as a part of patient care. She is currently the owner of a pelvic health physical therapy practice in New York.
