Dr. Robert Allen Schwartz has over 40 years of experience in the field of Dermatology. He earned his BA in Political Science and MPH in Medical Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Later, he earned his MD from New York Medical College. After completing his internship in Medicine at St. Marys Medical Center, he went on to complete a residency in Dermatology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He then completed a second residency in Dermatology at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. He also completed a fellowship in Dermatopathology at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. This expert is currently board-certified in Dermatology and Dermatological Immunology/ Diagnostic and Laboratory Immunology. Formerly, he served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Arizona and the University of California, San Francisco, and as an Associate Professor at Rutgers University. He also served as an Attending Physician at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, UCSF Medical Center, and Banner - University Medical Center Tucson Campus. Currently, this expert is a Professor of Dermatology, Pediatrics, Medicine, and Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and the Director of Dermatology at the University Hospital. He also serves as the Overseas Regional Advisor of North East USA for the Royal College of Physicians.
