Dr. Richard Hough, CPP, EdD, CCHP

Dr. Richard M. Hough has years of experience in Law Enforcement and Security with expertise in Criminology. He earned his AA in Law Enforcement from the State College of Florida, Manatee–Sarasota, his BA in Public Administration from Saint Leo University, his MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and his EdD in Public Administration from the University of West Florida. Today, this expert is a Certified Protection Professional, a Certified Correctional Health Professional, a Certified Psychological Autopsy Investigator, and a Senior Certified Professional. Formerly, this expert served as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Investigative Forensics at the University of Maryland - Global Campus and as an Instructor in the Department of Administration and Law at the University of West Florida. Currently, this expert serves as a Criminal Justice Consultant at Dr. Richard M. Hough, as a Professor of Practice in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at East Tennessee State University, and as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Investigative Forensics at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
