Dr. Rebecca Loftus, PhD

Dr. Rebecca Loftus has over 25 years of experience in the field of Public Administration with a focus on Sex Offender Public Policy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, followed by a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration. Dr. Loftus is currently the Academic Program Manager at Arizona State University, overseeing various degree programs. She also served as a Lecturer, Assistant Teaching Professor, and Faculty Associate within the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Prior to her academic roles, Dr. Loftus worked at the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department, where she held positions as an Adult Probation Supervisor and Officer.
