Dr. Raymond D. Pitetti has 26 years of experience in the field of Pediatrics with expertise in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. He earned his BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, his MD from Temple University School of Medicine, and his MPH from the Graduate School of Public Health - University of Pittsburgh. After completing his residency in Pediatrics from St. Christopher's Hospital for Children he went on to complete his fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine from the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Today, this expert is board-certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Formerly he served as the Medical Director of Children's Express Care, Associate Director of Clinical Affairs in the Emergency Department, and Interim Division Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. He currently serves as Medical Director of Patient Safety, Patient Safety Officer, Director of Anywhere Care in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and as the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. He also serves as a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
