Dr. Raphael Gershon, MD, MBA

Dr. Raphael Y. Gershon has 33 years of experience in the field of Anesthesiology. He earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, College Park, his MD from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and his MBA from the Emory University Goizueta School of Business. He completed his internship in General Surgery, his residency in Anesthesiology, and his fellowship in Obstetric Anesthesia and Pain Management at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Anesthesiology. Formerly, this expert served as the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Grady Memorial Hospital and as the Director of Obstetric Anesthesia at the Emory University School of Medicine. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Surgery at the Morehouse School of Medicine. He is also the Chief of Anesthesiology at Grady Memorial Hospital and a Professor of Anesthesiology at the Emory University School of Medicine.
